Subfascial saline breast augmentation

This 26 year old woman desired breast augmentation, but was also an avid weightlifter and did not want to sacrifice any of her chest muscle strength. She thus underwent a subfascial breast augmentation with a 270 cc high profile saline device. The postop pictures were taken at six months.
