This very petite, 34 year old woman underwent massive weight loss following a gastric sleeve in 2015 going from 180 lbs to 109 lbs.  She was left deflated breasts and trunk.  Another Charlotte-based plastic surgeon in town attempted breast augmentation which led to large “rock in a sock” type breasts.   Eight months ago, I performed an abdominoplasty mastopexy augmentation to rejuvenate her frame.  Her frame has now been rejuvenated.
