Gynecomastia correction with VAL

17 y/o athlete with gynecomastia (male breast enlargement) that started in his early teens.  It was corrected with VAL + PAL (ultrasound or VASER-assisted + power-assisted liposuction).  VASER is very effective at breaking up fibrous tissue such as you find in gynecomastia and often allows you to avoid an excision and periareolar incision.  He is six weeks post-op in the after images.
