Breast reduction # 3

21 year old woman who had macromastia along with breast asymmetry with associated symptoms including neck and back pain, bra strap grooving who desired smaller and more symmetric breasts to better match her active and athletic lifestyle.  She underwent a superior pedicle wise pattern, mastopexy/reduction during which over 300 g is removed from each side. She is six weeks post in the after images.
