This patient, mother of two and weight loss patient who lost close to 50 lbs on Ozempic, leading to deflated and ptotic breasts. To reverse this, she had a superior pedicle breast lift and augmentation with a 300 cc moderate profile Mentor saline breast implant. Her after pictures were taken at 6 months. It is very important to avoid large implants in weight loss patients to circumvent tissue stress and bottoming out.
