From Ordinary Office to Stunning Space
When Dr. Gear and his wife Heather found this office space in early 2017, it was love at first sight. The former pediatrician’s office walls were yellow, floors carpeted, and had primary-colored linoleum; there was no sign of glamour! But they knew with a little ‘mommy makeover’ it would be stunning.
Construction started in late 2017 and they moved in February of 2018 to the stoning 7,000+ square feet space. Complete with 2 operating rooms, onsite recovery suite, a large skincare retail store, 4 Spa rooms, 3 laser rooms, 2 Injection rooms, and a CoolSculpting Suite. Most visitors are stunned by the velvet wallpaper, comfortable colors, modern art, and funky light fixtures that Dr. Gear and his wife hand-picked. Their whole goal when designing the office was to feel fresh and inviting, a cool place you want to hang out in…not just a doctor’s office.
