Description

This patient, mother of three, underwent a pretty significant breast deflation with the pregnancy process, along with ptosis or droop. She underwent a superior pedicle mastopexy along with placement of a 450 cc Mentor moderate profile plus saline implant. She is six months post-op in the after images, and she has a nice restoration of volume and projection.
