Description

This woman had breast asymmetry, ptosis, and overall deflation with poor upper pole volume. She underwent a vertical pedicle mastopexy reduction along with placement of a submuscular 300 cc moderate profile Mentor saline implant. She is six weeks post-op in the after images.
