Revision liposuction and BBL

54 year old is a very fit nurse and mother of four had multiple prior body contouring procedures including two rounds of abdominal liposuction and Coolsculpting of the abdomen.  She was left with contour deformities and residual fat.  She desired improvement of her shape, improvement of the contour issues and additional fullness of the buttocks which she had lost post-pregnancy.  She underwent 360 liposuction and fat grafting or BBL using the Wells Johnson system.  The post-operative images were taken at 6 months.  As you can see from the after images, she has a nicer silhouette and a more youthful fullness restored to her backside.
