Quad blepharoplasty #3

60 year old male who had facial aging in the form of upper lid skin excess and fat herniation of the lower lids.  He underwent a quad blepharoplasty involving upper lid skin removal and a lower lid transconjunctival fat excision. I will add excision. He is six months post-op and looks much younger but in a subtle and natural way.
