Mommy Makeover # 31

Patient is a 27 year old mother whose body and breasts were damaged by the pregnancy process. To reverse this, she underwent a tummy tuck with muscle repair and a submuscular breast augmentation through a fold incision using a 400 cc high profile, mentor gel implant on the left and a 375 cc device in the right due to a size discrepancy.  Pictures were taken at six months.
