Mommy makeover #28

Patient is a 39-year-old mother of three, who had significant weight shifts with each of her pregnancies upwards of 60 pounds. And the aftermath of this, she had the torso of a massive weight loss, patient and deflated breasts.  She underwent a rather ambitious mommy makeover, which included a tummy tuck with muscle repair, 360 liposuction, a BBL (800 cc/side) and dual plane breast augmentation via an IMF incision (500 cc Mentor moderate profile plus gel placed using a Keller funnel as always).  She is six months post in the after images. As you can see, her body habitus is much improved.
