Case Details
37 year old mother of three underwent a mommy makeover which included hey superior protocol mastopexy along with the fat grafting of the upper pole. This was done to correct ptosis or breast droop along with breast asymmetry. 119 g was removed in the form of a vertically oriented triangular wedge below the nipple with the ensuing pillars sutured together to shape and comb the breast and create a long-term left versus the standard skin-only mastopexy. 119 g is removed from each lower pole in this manner. In addition, 225 mL a fat was injected into the upper pole of the left breast and 150 mL in to the right upper pole. The post-op images were taken at six months.
