This patient was the 37-year-old mother of six who underwent a multi-staged mommy makeover to correct among other things a severely damaged abdominal wall, flat and ptotic buttocks, and deflated breasts that bottomed out with star gazing nipples after a breast lift performed in Florida. Depending on peoples’ anatomy, and the severity involved, more than one stage is often necessary. Her first stage involved 360 liposuction, and a BBL, during which 800 mL was placed in each buttock. One year later, she underwent a resection revision breast lift with a breast augmentation with a 450 cc Mentor moderate profile plus gel implant, a tummy tuck with muscle repair, and second stage period, during which 550 mL was placed. About six months ago, 11/23, she underwent a third stage BBL, during which 900 cc was placed in the left and 650 mL in the right to balance out some asymmetry. Prior to this intervention, she felt she had rather muscular and masculine frame (she is a power lifter), and now she has a more feminine and curvy frame with buttocks and breasts that counterbalance her musculature and frame.
