Description

This mother of 3 with grade II ptosis and asymmetry desired a lift with increased upper pole fullness. She underwent a wise pattern, superior pedicle breast lift/reduction with fat grafting to the upper pole for additional fullness. A triangular wedge of tissue, 119 grams, was excised from each breast, and 225 cc of fat was injected into the left and 150 cc into the right. She is 6 months post-op.
