Description

This patient, a mother of two, had macromastia and all the symptomatology associated with it, including neck and back pain. She underwent a superior pedicle wise pattern mastopexy reduction with removal of close to 900 g on the left and 800 g on the right due to size asymmetry. She’s six months post-op in the after images.
