55-year-old mother of two had a mommy makeover which included a breast lift and reduction to correct ptosis, asymmetry and macromastia. She underwent a superior pedicle breast lift/reduction with a wise pattern skin excision. 150 g was removed from the left and 250 g from the right. She is six months postop in the after images and as you can see her breasts have been nicely rejuvenated, but still remains.
