This very fit Brazilian mother of three had a prior subfascial breast augmentation. She felt that the implants were too big and heavy, and she had ptosis of her breast tissue off the implant surface. To better serve her active lifestyle, she underwent an explanation, followed by a superior pedicle mastopexy. She is six weeks post-op in the after images.
