This mother of four had breast ptosis and some volume deletion in the aftermath of her four pregnancies. To that end, she underwent a superior pedicle mastopexy augmented with fat. 200 cc of fat was harvested, using liposuction and graft, and then distributed to each breast. The after images were taken at six months.
