Fat grafting of the breast is a very holistic and economical way to embellish both body and breast simultaneously. This 33 year a woman with no prior medical history and no children wanted better balance of her breasts. She had some volume asymmetry and a subtle chest wall deformity which manifested primarily as a concavity of the right upper breast and sternum. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen, hips, and inner and outer thighs with 300 cc of fat injected into the right breast and 250 cc onto the left. She is six weeks postop in the after images and as you can see, she has a fantastic transformation with improved body curves while also having better breast aesthetics and symmetry.
