Description

A 32-year-old mother of two had a prior circumareolar or donut mastopexy augmentation performed by another multi-surgeon, Charlotte-based plastic surgery practice. Her implants bottomed out and her areolas stretched, which is common with that procedure.  She underwent a subsequent revision superior pedicle mastopexy with removal of inferior breast tissue to create a stronger lift, more durable lift while better shaping the breasts, while keeping her old saline implants.  She is six months post-op in the after images.
