Description

This 62-year-old woman had saline breast augmentation in California almost 20 years prior. One implant was larger than the other, and she had lateral displacement tickly on the right side into her armpit once upon. She underwent breast implant revision with creation of a “Neopectoral pocket” and conversion to a new 600 cc moderate profile plus Mentor saline implant.  Post-op images were taken at 6 weeks.
