This patient was a mother of three who went through pretty radical cyclical weight changes with her pregnancies, leading to a blown-out abdomen with a large rectal stasis and an abundance of loose skin. She underwent a lipoabdominoplasty with muscle repair and liposuction of the hips. The after images were taken at six months and now show a new and improved silhouette that is appropriate for someone her age. She had her pre-baby body back, which was the goal!
