Description

This patient is a mother who desires restoration of her pre-baby silhouette and additional projection of her buttocks. Her buttocks were very flat. Some patients do require two stages. She underwent a first-stage BBL during which 650 cc was placed into the right buttock and 625 cc into the left due to a size discrepancy. At her second stage, six months later, she underwent a tummy tuck and an additional fat grafting of 400 cc per side. In the after images, she is six months post the second procedure.
