Description

The patient, a mother of three, underwent a prior modified abdominoplasty with liposuction. Her shape was somewhat square, and her buttocks were square and flat. She underwent a revision completion abdominoplasty, revision liposuction 360, and fat grafting of the buttocks, during which nearly 800 mL was grafted. She is one year post-op period, and as you can see, she is both nicely accentuated but also rejuvenated.
