44-year-old woman who had a prior tummy tuck with 36o liposuction in Florida and was left somewhat square-looking. She has a very muscular frame, partly due to genetics and partly due to the fact that she’s a power lifter.  Six months ago, she underwent a complete tummy tuck to sync her waistline in addition to fat grafting of the buttocks. As usual, both VASER and power-assisted (PAL) liposuction were used in conjunction with the Wells Johnson grafting system tap to optimize safety and graft survival. 400 cc was placed on each side.  Her silhouette is now much improved.
