This mother of three had a rather pedestrian tummy tuck performed by another Carolina-based plastic surgeon. What you see in the preoperative photos is the typical straight line scar and square androgynous result. She desired an improvement of her body silhouette in addition to the embellishment of her buttocks using fat grafting, primarily to the lateral quadrant. She had good projection but wanted additional volume. Almost one year ago, she underwent 360 liposuction and fat grafting or BBL using the Wells Johnson system. 825 cc was placed on the left and 875 cc into the right. As you can see, her silhouette is much improved, and her buttocks are much improved. She has a beautiful result!
