42 year old mother desired body rejuvenation.  She underwent a tummy tuck with muscle repair, 360 liposuction and a subfascial breast augmentation with a 300 cc Mentor moderate profile plus gel implant placed via a Keller funnel.  Of note, her breasts had some constriction and tuberosity with ptosis but she did not want a lift.  A subfascial approach was thus chosen to stretch out the lower pole breast tissue and avoid a lift.
