Description

This patient was a very athletic 30-year-old mother of two who desired additional buttock volume and an improvement in her shape.  She underwent ultrasound (VASER) and power-assisted (PAL) 360 liposuction and fat grafting of the buttocks using, as always, the Wells Johnson system for grafting.  600 cc was placed on the left side and 500 cc on the right due to some size asymmetry.  As you can see, she looks 2o years younger and the combination of aggressive workouts with squats and lunges and a BBL can produce fabulous and natural results in skinny patients.
