This 32-year-old mother of two underwent 360 liposuction and fat grafting of the buttocks with the emphasis on filling up the lateral buttocks, which were slightly concave. She had good overall volume and projection. She had 750 cc placed in each side and is six months post-op in the afternoon images. As you can see, liposuction and a BBL can be very powerful in reshaping the post-pregnancy body. In this instance, she elected to undergo a second-stage tummy tuck, but it’s not always necessary.
