Description

This man had upper eyelid skin excess and lower lid bags, which were partly hereditary. He underwent a “quad blepharoplasty” with upper lid skin removal and a lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty with fat pad removal only. In addition, he had lower lid skin tightening with a hybrid treatment that used both CO2 lasers and fractionated radiofrequency (Virtue). He is 6 months post-op.
