Description

This 37-year-old mother of two had an attempted subfascial breast augmentation by a gynecologist in 2013. She wound up with a “rock in a sock” deformity. This was corrected with implant removal, conversion to a dual plane, submuscular with a 300 cc Mentor moderate profile plus implant, and a Wise pattern superior pedicle mastopexy. She is 6 months post-op in the after images.
