Description

This 54-year-old mother of two and veteran had a breast augmentation in 2008 with a crescentic mastopexy. She went on to suffer implant displacement, ptosis, grade 4 capture contracture, implant malposition, and a double bubble deformity on the left. She underwent removal and replacement with bilateral capsulectomy, conversion to a subfascial plane, and a superior pedicle mastopexy. She is six weeks post-op. The residue on the skin is due to surgical tape.
