This petite, thin 29-year-old female with an A-cup breasts and a slight volume and position asymmetry desired more volume and balance. To that end, she had a dual plane submuscular breast augmentation through fold incision with a 225 cc Mentor moderate profile plus implant. She is six months postop in the after images.
