Description

This 59-year-old mother of two had a saline submuscular breast augmentation through a periareolar incision in 1993 at Charlotte Plastic Surgery. She then underwent removal and replacement with conversion to a 335 cc natural gel device in a subfascial plane by another prominent Charlotte-based plastic surgeon. She then bottomed out and was left with pancake-like breasts. To correct this situation, she underwent removal and replacement of the implants with conversion to a smaller moderate profile saline implant (275 cc on the left and 250 cc on the right) along with a superior pedicle, Wise pattern mastopexy. She is 6 months post-op in the after images.
