38-year-old mother had multiple prior cosmetic interventions, including breast augmentation and liposuction,  360 liposuction and a BBL in Florida, and a recent mini-TT and revision BBL by another Charlotte-based plastic surgeon.  She came to me with residual contour deformities, loose skin, and a residual square shape.  I performed a modified extended abdominoplasty, revision liposuction, and revision BBL six months ago.
