Description

The patient, a mother of three, underwent a prior modified abdominoplasty with liposuction. Her shape was somewhat square, and her buttocks ware square and flat. She underwent a revision completion abdominoplasty, revision liposuction 360 and fat grafting of the buttocks, during which nearly 800 mL was grafted. she is one-year postop period and as you can see, she is both nicely accentuated but also rejuvenated.
