This woman had upper lid skin excess along with an asymmetry. She was getting married in the not too distant future and wanted to look refreshed, but without looking surgically done. She thus underwent an upper lid blepharoplasty under local anesthesia in addition to laser resurfacing of the face. She was nicely refreshed in preparation for her upcoming wedding!
