Description

A 37-year-old male who lost over 100 lbs using diet and exercise developed substantial laxity of the circumferential trunk.  He was 6’2 and 180 lbs following his weight loss.  To reverse this, he underwent an extended abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen and hips.  The after images were taken at 6 months.
