Description

This 22 year-old had congenital breast asymmetry with a tuberous breast deformity on the right with grade II ptosis. She found the situation, psychologically disturbing and wanted correction. To this end, she underwent a superior pedicle mastopexy on the right with placement of a 430 cc moderate profile plus Mentor boost gel implant along with a dual plane submuscular breast augmentation via a fold incision on the left. She is six weeks postop in the after images and as you can see, she is restored anatomically and thrilled to feel normal.
