This 39 year old mother of 4 who also underwent surgically-induced massive weight loss had breast asymmetry, ptosis, and deflation that did not match her broad and tall stature. To counteract this, she underwent a mass tope augmentation with superior pedicle mastopexy in conjunction with a submuscular placement of a 300 cc Mentor moderate profile gel implant.
