Description

This mother of three underwent massive weight loss of 85 lbs following a gastric sleeve. She did have a prior inferior pedicle breast reduction, which had bottomed out before weight loss and was just made worse following the weight loss induced skin damage. To that end, she underwent a skin-only Wise pattern revision mastopexy. She is six weeks post-op in the after images.
