This patient is a mother of two who lost breast volume during the pregnancy process. She opted for a breast augmentation with a 340 cc moderate profile plus Mentor Boost gel implant. Because of anatomy, she opted for the boost style implant, which maintains its upper pole volume better in situ due to the more cohesive gel that is used.
