Description

This very fit mother of three had grade II breast ptosis and some deflation of the upper pole. She underwent a superior pedicle mastopexy with fat augmentation. A total of 120 cc of fat was grafted, primarily into the upper pole, with harvest sites including the abdomen, hips, back, and inner thighs. She is now six months post-op and has a nicely full, augmented look that appears natural and not overly large.
