Description

This 50-year-old mother of two had a prior saline breast augmentation performed in Atlanta 20 years prior. There were over 500 cc devices that were far too large and developed ptosis over time. She downsized her implants to 250 cc high-profile saline devices along with a superior pedicle mastopexy. Please also note that she did have DCIS and a biopsy on the left breast, creating some contour irregularity. She is six months after in the after images. She had smaller, rejuvenated breasts with better projection and nipple position.
