This woman had long-standing macromastia with associated symptoms and breast ptosis and asymmetry. She was a 32 DD and wanted to be a mid-C. She underwent a superior pedicle, wise pattern reduction breast reduction during which 449 g was removed from the left and 305 g from the right. She’s six months postop.
