A woman desired a sleeker silhouette and buttock augmentation. She underwent 360 liposuction and BBL during which 720 cc was injected into each side. This case was circa 2018 and pre-dated the Wells Johnson system in my practice. 60 cc syringes were used. Syringe-based fat grafting can be effective, but it’s not quite as safe, especially for large volumes in the buttocks. The after images were taken at six weeks.
