Description

A very fit man of 42 who developed age-related lipodystrophy of the chest, abdomen, and flanks despite an aggressive workout routine.  He underwent VAL or Vaser-assisted liposuction of these areas to restore his contour.  Thinner liposuction patients can be tricky, and it takes precision and care.  The after images were taken at 6 months post-op, and as you can see, his abdominal definition is improved WITHOUT so-called high definition aka “high def” liposuction.  I do not believe in that technique as ageing takes over, leading to odd-looking results long term!
