Description

This patient, mother of three, underwent a prior tummy tuck by another North Carolina plastic surgeon, which was somewhat poorly executed. It was a high lateral tension design with a teeter-totter scar, with one side being higher than the other. She underwent a modified revision abdominoplasty with extension, 360 liposuction, and a BBL with 750 mL on each side. She is one year post-op.
