Description

A 36-year-old mother who underwent massive weight loss through diet and exercise desired restoration of her breasts and body.  She underwent a formal mommy makeover, which included mastopexy augmentation, which included a vertical pedicle breast reduction with inferior breast tissue resection and pillar plication, along with a 250 cc mentor moderate profile plus gel implant placed to do some muscular plane. She also had a lipoabdominoplasty with muscle repair.  She is six months post-op in the after images.
